South African Marine Fuel Pty Ltd was co-founded in 2016 as the 2nd Offshore Operator and Oryx Energies SA acquired majority shares in 2019 with Lavin remaining the 2nd largest shareholder.
Building on our reputation and experience in the Energy Markets our London Office is leading with Project and Trade Finance working together with Brokers, Investment Banks, Family Offices, and HNWIs.
Deal origination
Our portfolio of Projects - from Crude production to Inventory and Trade Financing predominantly derives from our Network of Partners with whom we have worked together over the decades .
We construct bespoke Investment and private credit financing with Trading Partners meeting key Investment criteria on request by Investors.
Projects from reputable Investment Institutions, Bankers and other Family Offices are accepted after assessment by our Office.
